Chairman's Letter
High business ethics and integrity have always been standard Victaulic policy. We have always been, and always will be, committed to doing business fairly and honestly. No matter how our business may change over time, or where we may conduct business, we will always be responsible to act with integrity.
This Code of Conduct formalizes our long-standing principles and policies. It applies to every employee capable or responsible for acting on Victaulic’s behalf, worldwide. In addition, we expect that our suppliers, contractors, consultants, agents, representatives, customers, and distributors will apply appropriate conduct in their business dealings that may affect Victaulic. The Code is a baseline global policy against which to judge and evaluate actions. It applies to you and it applies to me. Victaulic Executive Management is committed to upholding this Code. It is important, and it is mandatory.
Our reputation for integrity is one of our most important assets. We believe it is one of the major reasons for our successful history, and a requirement for a successful future.

The Code will not resolve every question or issue that may confront you. When it does not, your judgment must be guided by the principles of “doing the right thing”. In addition, this Code encourages you to communicate questions and problems, and provides a forum for open discussion of issues. Open and honest upfront communications will prevent many subsequent problems.
Your good integrity and representation of the Victaulic name and reputation is necessary to ensure the Victaulic Company's continued success.
