Workshop Overview:
The Prefabrication Workshop is a two-day course that provides the attendee with the essential concepts for a successful Victaulic prefabrication strategy. The course examines lean manufacturing principles and applies them to the fabrication shop to eliminate waste in process and flow and provide key metrics for analysis. Additionally, the workshop reviews estimating practices and provides a new approach for accuracy as well as providing best practices to increase productivity in the shop and field. Finally, the workshop provides a hands-on demonstration laboratory that allows attendees to apply the Victaulic fabrication methodology.
