Developed following close consultation with designers, installers and facilities managers, the FireLock NXT line of dry, deluge, alternate and preaction devices for fire protection systems is quick and easy to fit and offers the smallest installation footprint in the industry.

FireLock NXT devices are LPCB approved and rated to 2065kPa/ 300 psi. They are available in sizes ranging from 40mm to 200mm. With an integral Victaulic-patented low-pressure actuator, FireLock NXT devices can be operated at lower pressures due to an eliminated air-to-water differential, ensuring faster water delivery to sprinkler systems. In addition, each valve has a pre-set air supervisory switch, speeding up the installation process and minimizing the potential for human error.

The Firelock NXT alternate valve takes wet and dry fire protection to the next level. Not only does it provide both wet and dry functionality in a single valve but also requires the adjustment of only three valves to drain and re-pressurize the system for warm or cold weather. For speedy installation, the valve (weighing as little as 43kg) can also be
shipped pre-trimmed with only the need for pressure gauge connection on arrival.

Based on feedback from fire protection contractors, the revolutionary FireLock EZ™ Style 009V rigid coupling is designed as a lightweight, installation-ready coupling with no loose parts. It is not necessary to disassemble the coupling for installation, shaving even more time off the already quick installation time of this mechanical grooved joint. Plus, the angled-bolt pad design enables pad-to-pad assembly without the need for a torque requirement, as well as providing visual confirmation of proper installation once fitted. The coupling carries listings and approvals from VdS, LPCB, UL and FM and is rated to 16 bar/1600kPa/232 psi. FireLock EZ™ Style 009V is available in nominal sizes 32mm – 100mm (1 ¼”-4”/actual OD 42.2mm 114.3mm).
