Benefits of Grooved Technology in Shipbuilding Featured in Ship & Offshore

The March issue Ship & Offshore featured an article by Didier Vassal, vice president of maritime services at Victaulic, introducing grooved technology and its benefits to the maritime sector. Among the benefits of installing Victaulic grooved mechanical piping systems in the shipbuilding industry are improved efficiency, green benefits, ease of installation and maintenance, noise and vibration attenuation, weight and space savings and increased safety due to the elimination of the fire risk associated with welding.
