For the fourth consecutive year, Victaulic is proud to be among the best places to work in the Lehigh Valley.
During an award ceremony held Wednesday, March 9, 2017, Victaulic was once again named to an elite list of Top Workplaces in the Lehigh Valley by The Morning Call newspaper.
In September, all Victaulic Lehigh Valley employees were surveyed via print or electronic surveys by Workplace Dynamics. Over 70 companies participated, representing 18,888 people in the Lehigh Valley. The employee survey seeks responses from 24 statements covering seven areas such as alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, employee engagement, leadership and pay/benefits/flexibility.
Carolyn Stennett – Vice President of Human Resources, Sig Ehritz – Manufacturing Supervisor, Lindsay Hamlin - Supply Chain Category Manager, and Chris Richards – Project Engineer - were among several employees were interviewed on behalf of the organization.
