Bryan Peck - Project Manager

Military Overview: After serving in the Army as a Logistics Officer for six years, I decided to launch my career working for Victaulic because of their incredible “family feel” company culture, appreciation of their employees and ample career advancement opportunities. This is a company that challenges their employees everyday to collectively reach core business goals and bring valuable first class innovative solutions to our customers.

Current Position:  As a project manager in the Engineering Research and Development Department, I’m responsible for leading our new product developments from ideation to commercialized products launched into the marketplace. This role has been the most challenging assignment but also the most rewarding position I have had in my career. The skill sets that I have learned from the military such as identifying and forecasting risks, developing different courses of action, and motivating and communicating effectively to my team members, have all contributed to my success here at Victaulic.

Jake Freshour - Sales

Military Overview: Following nine years as an Army Aviation Officer and Helicopter Instructor Pilot, I transitioned into a sales role with Victaulic and have absolutely zero regrets. I chose Victaulic for the technical sales opportunity, team atmosphere, and opportunity for growth. The company is not only the leader in mechanical piping systems, but more importantly it is a professional sales organization that empowers sales reps to work with minimal direct supervision to organize, plan, and execute their schedule and daily tasks in order to accomplish regional sales goals. Similar to the military, Victaulic also places an incredible emphasis on hands-on training and continuous mentorship for its sales force.

Current Position: As a Territory Sales Manager I’m responsible for influencing construction industry leaders at all levels by bringing value through information sharing, idea generation and product solutions to the marketplace. Much like working with Enlisted, Junior Officers, and Superiors, a Victaulic sales role offers a distinctive selling dynamic when interacting with Contractors, Engineers, and Owners respectively. This unique parallel, as well as leadership and communication skills gained in the military, has made for an exciting and remarkably smooth transition into a Victaulic sales position.

Jared Morgenstern - Supply Chain Analyst

Military Overview: Following my seven years in the Army as a Logistics Officer, I decided to start my civilian career at Victaulic because of the great culture, team focus and opportunity for growth.

Current Position: As a Supply Chain Analyst I conduct data analysis of global inventory, work with IT to develop business analytics, and collaborate with global material managers to ensure product availability while maintaining inventory turns. The skill set and experiences from the Army translate extremely well to business especially at Victaulic. From managing aviation logistics in the mountains of Afghanistan to planning large scale logistical operations in Korea, all these experiences and more have contributed to my success here at Victaulic.
