Bridgestone Warehouse Facility
Bridgestone Europe has expanded the Poznan, Poland, manufacturing and warehouse facility in an effort to increase the volume of tires produced and stored at the location. Victaulic products had been used in the building in the past and Bridgestone, the owner, stressed the quality and reliability of Victaulic products to K.R.U.K. Technika, the contractor for the expansion. Through the use of Victaulic Firelock butterfly and check valves and water motor alarms, which were joined by Style 005 Firelock and Style 07 Zero Flex couplings, cost and time savings were realized during installation of the fire protection systems.
