Shanghai Taiping Finance Mansion
Located in the Lujiazui finance zone of Shanghai's thriving Pudong district, the Shanghai Taiping Finance Mansion covers a total area of 110,000 m2 and reaches 216 meters high. The finance mansion is owned by the China Taiping Insurance Group and managed by China Taiping. Located near the infamous Jin Mao Tower and Shanghai International Financial Center, the 41 floor Shanghai Taiping Finance Mansion has become part of the unmistakable Shanghai skyline.
When installing the HVAC and Fire Protection systems in the building, the owner, designer and consultant unanimously specified Victaulic products to compress construction schedules. Victaulic Original Groove System couplings and fittings were installed on the building's cooling water and chilled water systems. For the Fire Protection systems, Victaulic Firelock couplings, fittings, valves and sprinkler heads were specified.
