Keppel Merlimau Cogen
Keppel Merlimau Cogen Pte Ltd ("Keppel Merlimau Cogen"), a special purpose facility incorporated by Keppel Energy to build, own and operate a 500 MW cogeneration plant, was the first independent power project to enter the Singapore electricity pool since the deregulation of the power market in January 2003. The plant is one of the more cost efficient and flexible power generators in the market.
