Grooved Solution Saves Time & Money on RI Development Project

In 2016, Arden Building Companies began renovations on the 100-year-old South Street Landing Power Station in Providence, RI. Responsible for the design and installation of the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, Arden was up against a tight timeline, a tight budget, and a tight space. Thankfully, using Victaulic grooved products saved Arden more than $100,000 in overall costs, and the job was completed on time.
