Extreme Exposure: Victaulic Couplings Pass the Test

Posted on July 27, 2017

Capable of withstanding direct fire exposure to temperatures equivalent to that of molten lava – Victaulic couplings have been tested and found worthy. And while we aren’t about to head to the Hawaiian islands to drop our couplings into a lava field, we are excited to share with you a new white paper which outlines why and how Victaulic grooved mechanical couplings are fire-resistant, what specific fire exposure standards they meet, and actual examples of tests conducted by certifying agencies.

Read the white paper here or if you happen to be lucky enough to be headed to Hawaii, download a copy and read it on the plane. Our extreme fire exposure testing is just one way Victaulic is continuing its commitment to produce the most durable and highest quality products that our customers can depend on. That’s how we are engineering confidence into every build.
