A smaller-than-normal mechanical room, even by New York City standards, may have presented most contractors with a problem. Fortunately, Martin Associates and project manager Anthony Cicchetti took advantage of Victaulic’s Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team (formerly known as Construction Piping Services – CPS), and as a result, the HVAC system at 525 West 52nd Street, a new luxury rental residence in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, was successfully installed, tested and complete in less than two weeks – on budget and ahead of schedule.
